  • The classes seem a little more expensive than other pilates classes. Why?
All of our classes are run by qualified and experinced Physiotherapists. This makes them ideally placed to guide you through a safe yet effective workout. We also know that size matters. We don't over fill our classes to maximise profits, our classes are kept small so our Physios can work with each member to help ensure they get the most out of the sesison. Please note that we do not offer specfic Physiotherapy treatment or diagnosis within our classes. If you wish to obtain specfic Physiotherapy advice / treatment we encourage you to contact one of our enodrsed partners.
